Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared according to current order volume, payment status, weekends, holidays, and operational schedules. Order-specific status is communicated through the store and shipment notifications.
Shipping Options
Available shipping services, charges, and carrier delivery estimates are displayed at checkout when available for the destination. Carrier estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside the carrier’s normal schedule.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated using the options available during checkout. Any current free-shipping threshold or promotional shipping offer should be confirmed in the cart or checkout before placing an order.
Packaging
Orders are packaged for shipment with the goal of protecting the contents during normal carrier handling. Package appearance and materials may vary based on the order and available shipping supplies.
Order Tracking
When tracking is provided by the selected shipping service, shipment details are sent through the order notification system. Carrier tracking is the best source for in-transit scans and delivery status after carrier acceptance.
Destination Availability
Shipping destinations and available services are determined by the options presented at checkout. If a destination or service cannot be selected during checkout, contact support before placing an order.
